Located in College Station, TIGM is an essential resource for academic researchers worldwide looking to procure genetically engineered knockout mice and mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells faster and with favorable intellectual property (IP) terms. TIGM also provides transgenic core services to researchers within the Texas A&M University System and offers these same services to researchers outside the system as well. These services include, blastocyst or pronuclear injections, rederivation of transgenic lines, embryo transfer, colony maintenance and expansion, design and production of vectors for custom knockout projects, and embryo and sperm cryopreservation.
