Description
The Center for Financial Literacy and Investment (CFLI) supports the financial well-being of students, local businesses, and the East Texas community by expanding access to practical financial education and hands-on investment experience. Through initiatives such as financial literacy workshops, the Student Managed Investment Fund, the Investment Club, and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance services, the center empowers individuals to make informed decisions that strengthen their personal finances and contribute to regional economic growth. As part of the Better East Texas initiative, CFLI advances financial knowledge, fosters workforce readiness, and serves as a resource for research and community engagement focused on building a more prosperous future for East Texas.
